Description
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electronics, PLC and robotic equipment in the facility. She / He will also be required to do programming, calibration, tests and installation of such equipment. She / He must have a thorough understanding of PLCs, VFDs, servos, communication systems, sensors and other high tech components and equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical degree in industrial controls/PLC or equivalent education/experience 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry Practical experience and working knowledge of Rockwell components and software, such as: RS logix 500/5000, Factory talk View Studio, Panel Builder Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills Must possess a strong curiosity, willing to learn and understand the plant’s ever evolving technology Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingsport, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
