Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry and proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience and have a comprehensive understanding of RFI's, submittals, and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction projects under the guidance of the CEO.
- Utilize QuickBooks for project accounting and financial management.
- Handle RFI's, submittals, and other construction documentation.
- Oversee project administration and coordination tasks.
- Manage change orders and job costing effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports and invoices.
- Perform document control, data entry, and payroll tasks.
- Coordinate site construction activities and design elements.
Essential Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong project coordination and administration skills.
- Experience in construction administration and management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work from home 2 days a week.
- Experience with engineering and design in construction projects.
Work Environment
The position requires working 3 days in the office and allows for 2 days of remote work per week. The office environment is collaborative and focused on delivering high-quality construction projects. Dress code is business casual.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collegeville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
