Clinical Research Laboratory Assistant

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Laboratory Assistant, where you will work in a laboratory setting to process blood samples according to research protocols. You will be responsible for processing, storing, and shipping samples, ensuring adherence to specific temperature and labeling requirements. This role does not involve direct patient interaction and offers a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process blood samples according to research protocol.
• Store and ship samples per protocol, ensuring specific temperature and labeling requirements are met.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced lab environment with other Clinical Research Assistants.
• Maintain organization to ensure timely processing of samples according to protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in laboratory or healthcare sample processing (1-2 years required).
• Proficiency in specimen processing and labeling.
• High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Research experience is a plus.
• Experience in clinical trials is advantageous.
• Oncology experience is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
