Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to manage patient recruitment, consent, and conduct patient visits. You will work closely with physicians and clinics to ensure smooth patient scheduling and visit management.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, consent, and conduct visits with patients as referred by physicians.
- Perform patient consent, complete questionnaires, and conduct blood draws in one session.
- Manage appointments, seeing 4-5 patients per day, with approximately five hours dedicated to patient visits and three hours for administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient follow-up.
- Conduct blood draws and prepare samples for shipping, without any sample processing required.
- Enroll patients in the study, aiming to increase enrollment from 1,200 to 2,500 participants.
- Collaborate with and receive support from the central regulatory and data teams.
Essential Skills
- Experience with pre-screening patients and patient recruitment.
- Clinical research experience in any therapeutic area.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and blood draw procedures.
- Ability to conduct chart reviews and utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and EPIC systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC systems is highly desirable.
Work Environment
This role is primarily based at the local location, with regular travel to Kokomo, either once a week or potentially one week each month. Travel expenses for mileage to other sites will be reimbursed. Although the main site will be local, you must be flexible with travel to Kokomo. The exact schedule will be determined. You will collaborate with other coordinators through Webex and instant messaging, as they are based at different locations. Daily interactions will primarily be with clinic staff. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
