Job Description
Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phase testing of all complexities, including specialized tests and analyses in areas such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunohematology, Serology, Parasitology, and chemical and morphological examinations to obtain data for recording laboratory test results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing across various clinical laboratory areas including Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, and more.
- Perform specialized tests and analyses to support accurate laboratory results.
- Ensure adherence to all laboratory protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient laboratory operations.
- Manage pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Hematology, Chemistry, and Molecular Biology.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and blood bank procedures.
- MLT license.
- CPT license.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with ASCP guidelines.
- Ability to work as a generalist across multiple laboratory disciplines.
Work within a small team of 4-5 individuals in a laboratory setting. This position is part of a large hospital system offering a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment. It is a union organization providing excellent benefits and retirement plans.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
