Responsibilities
- Create designs using Civil 3D for grading/earthwork, erosion control, stormwater pollution prevention plans, stormwater design, and pavement
- Prepare detailed engineering analyses, designs, and calculations for site development.
- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and design review.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 5 years of experience in site development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in land development and stormwater design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with state and local regulatory agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for public interaction and conflict resolution.
- Experience with MicroStation is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
