Civil Engineer (multiple locations)
Job Description
We are seeking multiple civil engineers to join our team in Malvern, PA. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic municipal engineering firm that is successfully competing against larger companies. Our goal is to expand further into public, private, and municipal work in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage municipal projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are completed on schedule.
- Design and oversee municipal engineering projects related to stormwater management, highway and bridge construction, and land development.
- Coordinate with CAD technicians to develop detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Develop grading and drainage plans, ensuring compliance with NPDES and erosion control standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare site plans and transportation designs, incorporating best practices in civil engineering.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or HydroCAD.
- Experience in stormwater, highway/bridge, and land development projects.
- EIT certification or on track to obtain within six months.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with municipal public works and wastewater projects.
- Knowledge in site development and civil design.
- Ability to develop and interpret site and roadway plans.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $55.29/hr.
