Job Title: Civil Designer/Project Manager
Job Description:
- Prepare design drawings with associated sections and details under the direction of the chief engineer and project managers.
- Utilize Civil 3D to create surfaces, structural plans, and cut-fill analysis.
- Work with reference files and perform redline markups.
- Design experience with reading maps and cross-sections.
- Engage in light grading, pipe networks, and layout SWM systems.
- Interpret zoning maps of local townships.
- Manage projects related to stormwater management, utilities, private residential, structural and civil engineering, and parking lots.
- Read surveys and topographic maps and begin drawing designs from CAD surveys on the first day.
- Mentor and train junior staff members.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of civil engineering background.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for project execution.
- Experience in land development and site development project scopes.
- Expertise in stormwater management for telecom, utility, commercial, and residential projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
