Are you an experienced bridge inspector ready to take the lead? Join our dedicated team working on some of New York State’s most vital infrastructure. We’re seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Lead to oversee inspections, mentor junior staff, and ensure the safety and longevity of our bridges.
📍 Location:
Various project sites across New York State
🛠 Work Environment:
- A dynamic mix of professional office settings and hands-on field work
- Field work includes exposure to diverse weather conditions and natural environments
- Travel to project sites is required
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document the condition of bridges in accordance with state and federal standards
- Prepare detailed condition reports
- Coordinate inspection schedules and logistics
- Mentor and guide junior inspection staff
✅ Qualifications:
- Recent bridge inspection experience with agencies such as NYSDOT, TBTA, Port Authority, NYSTA, NJDOT, or similar
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY or NJ (with ability to transfer between states)
- Completion of the NHI Bridge Safety Inspection Course or NYSDOT Bridge Inspection Workshop

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
