Job Description
The Revit Integrator / BIM Data Specialist supports the integration of Autodesk Revit design models into enterprise information and asset management environments. This role ensures that Revit models are properly structured, governed, and usable across the full project and asset lifecycle. It is ideal for a Revit professional who enjoys working beyond pure design, connecting BIM data to downstream systems, improving data quality, and supporting large, complex projects across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Autodesk Revit models into document management, engineering data, and asset information systems.
- Configure and maintain Revit standards, templates, shared parameters, and families to support consistent project delivery.
- Ensure models comply with project naming conventions, classification standards, and metadata requirements.
- Support model coordination and structured handoff between design, construction, and operations teams.
- Align Revit model data with enterprise information governance and lifecycle requirements.
- Support data validation, quality control, and migration of legacy and active Revit models.
- Assist in developing procedures and workflows for managing engineering and asset information.
- Ensure Revit deliverables comply with client standards and long‑term retention needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, BIM teams, and information management professionals on project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for Revit data structure, BIM standards, and system integration.
- Support configuration, testing, and implementation of systems that consume or manage Revit and BIM data.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, user guides, and training materials related to Revit data and integration.
- 5 years of professional experience working with Autodesk Revit in an engineering, construction, or asset‑intensive environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM data structures, including families, shared parameters, and model coordination processes.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit for drafting, design, and BIM model development.
- Experience supporting information management, document control, or engineering data workflows.
- Ability to translate technical design data into structured, governed information suitable for enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with CAD and drafting tools, including AutoCAD and related drafting/design workflows.
- Experience with construction documentation and coordination across disciplines such as architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for model review and coordination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.
- Background in engineering, construction management, information management, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with regulated or asset‑intensive industries such as energy, infrastructure, government, or manufacturing.
- Experience with BIM data collection and integration into asset and information management environments.
- Ability to support the development of standards, templates, and procedures for engineering and asset information management.
- Comfort working on large, complex projects with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Interest in connecting design and BIM data to downstream systems and long‑term asset management processes.
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to professional growth in BIM, information management, and engineering data.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
