About the Role
Join a globally recognized engineering firm at the forefront of digital infrastructure design. We are hiring two BIM Designers to support high-impact public works projects across New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to transformative infrastructure initiatives.
Role Overview
As a BIM Designer, you will develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings, support BIM workflows, and assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design precision
- Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
- Ensure model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience Levels
- Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience
- Senior-Level: 6 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
