You’ll be at the forefront of identifying billing anomalies, streamlining operations, and shaping system enhancements that impact thousands of customers.
e💼 What You’ll Do
- Analyze billing data from Oracle CC&B to uncover trends in unbilled or delayed accounts
- Develop and present performance, operational, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage large datasets for deep-dive analysis and actionable insights
- Investigate root causes of billing issues using Excel and CC&B tools
- Support Billing IT projects: gather requirements, create/approve test conditions, and assist with change management
- Troubleshoot operational and IT issues, collaborating across departments
- Monitor smart meter data flow from Itron through MDM into CC&B
l🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3 years of experience in billing analysis or utility billing systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of utility billing processes, rate structures, payments, and service orders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
