Responsibilities

• Master the science and business skills in the fields of immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, preclinical pharmacology, etc.
• Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure contracts.
• Attend trade shows and relevant conferences.
• Conduct sales activities such as email campaigns, meetings, writing proposals, and hosting learning sessions.
• Travel within NJ/NY to meet clients, including existing clients and new business prospects.
• Sell products and services, aiming to establish business as a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• Support the Marketing Team in branding and building awareness in the marketplace.

Essential Skills

• PhD in Biologics
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Experience with mouse models in the biology field
• Wet lab experience including cell studies, immune cell biology, and in-vivo models
• Strong knowledge in immunology, pharmacology, molecular biology, and cell biology
• Experience in pre-clinical research of pharmacology studies, humanized mouse models, B Cells, B Lymphocytes, T Cells, T Lymphocytes

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree with direct experience in the industry, or Ph.D. in the bioscience field
• Strong interest in learning advances in biopharmaceutical science and business
• Enjoy networking with top scientists from biotech and biopharma companies
• Proven track record of revenue generation is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences/vendor shows

Work Environment

The role involves a mix between R&D lab work and sales, as you will be the first person to sell the product and services in NJ. The team consists of five members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Uncapped commission based on new company growth. 401 medical dental vision benefits package. Growth potential as well.

This is a hybrid position in Edison,NJ.
