What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bid Coordinator position at Actalent?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the growth of our team. This role involves directly supporting two owners with project tasks, including estimating and project management capacities.
Responsibilities- Collect subcontractor bids and submit RFI's and change order documents.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, owners, and permit offices.
- Schedule material deliveries and assist in creating project schedules and budgets.
- Manage pre-bid responsibilities, including collecting RFP documents and creating vendor bid lists.
- Send out RFPs to vendors to initiate the hard bid process and review plans for RFI and bid notes.
- Coordinate clarifications from clients, architects, and designers, and collect hard bids from vendors.
- Work through permitting processes and ensure all trade permits are received.
- Send and review submittals through the CRM system and manage vendor closeout documents.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sykesville, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
