Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects through all phases: planning, preparation, execution, and closeout.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support installation activities, quality checks, and field service teams.
• Help identify risks and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in automation, manufacturing engineering, or semiconductor preferred
• Occasional travel may be required (domestic and international)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

The work environment may involve exposure to mechanical equipment and moderate noise. The company is Japanese owned, fostering partnerships with other Japanese companies, and has a history of long-term employee retention. This is a Permanent position based out of Utica, NY.

The pay range for this position is $69000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
