Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Description

This on-site role at a premier location in North Phoenix is perfect for a professional with strong leadership and project management skills. Initially, no travel is required for the first couple of years; however, the position will eventually necessitate up to 25% travel, including overnight stays, based on project assignments. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations teams at multiple or large single customer sites.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a diverse team of site managers, technicians, safety managers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with international and local installation leaders to drive installation objectives.
• Create long-term plans and schedules to support projects with trained personnel, qualified contractors, and necessary materials.
• Deliver team performance exceeding customer and company expectations in safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage diverse organizations and prevent escalations from reaching leaders.
• Model safe behaviors and drive the safety program at operational and organizational levels.
• Support quality processes and facilitate high-quality project handoffs to customers and service teams.
• Manage customer relationships through meetings and interactions to enhance satisfaction.
• Capable of managing teams executing projects over $50 million in value and multiple sites.
• Manage budgets exceeding $5 million and address problems proactively to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor site leadership personnel and develop the next generation of site leaders and technical experts.
• Assist Directors of Operations in executing strategic objectives and establishing team goals.
• Coordinate resource needs with Directors of Operations and align goals with global operations leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement critical KPIs for project effectiveness.
• Manage project-level budgets in cooperation with account managers and directors of operations.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, document, and communicate solutions for system issues.

Essential Skills

• Installation and management skills.
• Experience in site management and scheduling on larger projects within a technical installation environment.
• Customer service and client management skills.
• Strong history of leadership and team management.
• Project and program management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree with over five years of complex project/site leadership experience or equivalent education and experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in quality installation management in North America.
• 5 years of experience executing client orders and project management with a team.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a semiconductor clean room environment with moderate noise levels and occasional proximity to moving mechanical parts. The job requires regular use of hands and arms, the ability to talk or hear, and occasional physical activities like standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. This is a Permanent position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $67.00/hr.
