Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to draft construction drawings and documents for a variety of projects, including warehouses, commercial spaces, and government-funded municipal projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and involves collaborating within a team setting, reporting directly to a senior architect.
Responsibilities
- Draft construction drawings and documents for various projects such as warehouses, commercial spaces, and municipal projects.
- Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and report to a senior architect.
- Coordinate and oversee junior staff to ensure project success.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong background in architecture.
- Knowledge of building codes.
- Ability to assemble comprehensive construction drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in architectural design and commercial architecture.
- Skilled in drafting and electrical design.
- Professional Engineer certification.
- Experience with SketchUp.
