Architect

The role involves leading projects for both new and existing clients, directing design efforts throughout design and construction phases, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

• Lead, manage, and produce design content, products, and final deliverables.
• Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while upholding company standards.
• Coordinate, guide, and lead design and project meetings with clients and project teams.
• Present final products to clients and key stakeholders with regional and home-office teams.
• Identify, communicate, and document deviations in project scope while managing expectations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships; foster new ones.
• Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects.
• Recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Travel requirement: up to 25%.

• Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience managing and leading multi-disciplined project teams.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint.

• Registered Architect with eligibility for NC license within 60 days of hire.
• 5–7 years of experience.
• Preferred: design experience in industrial, manufacturing, or US Federal Government facilities.

The role involves a hybrid work schedule with a flexible and brand new office in South End. The position may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and working for prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The company is a new entity in CLT, based out of Arkansas, offering a wide range of projects and opportunities for growth within the firm.

This is a Permanent position based out of charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
