Responsibilities
- Teach operator training classes at both the home office and customer facilities.
- Provide customer phone support and on-site applications process development.
- Conduct machine demonstrations for customer visits and trade shows.
- Process machine samples for potential new customers.
- Develop cutting technology for new machine models.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct presentations to small to mid-size groups.
- General understanding of mechanical blueprints and CAD/CAM programming.
- Minimum of two years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised in various locations.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
