Duties

- Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems and update stock records accurately
- Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments responsibly
- Support automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance scheduling to ensure customer vehicles are serviced promptly
- Assist with automotive repair and service appointments, coordinating with technicians and customers for seamless workflow
- Maintain organized office records, including customer files, sales logs, and inventory documentation using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Engage in retail sales activities by promoting products and services, utilizing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in multilingual or bilingual settings
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, and automotive service processes
- Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS preferred), POS systems, and retail math for accurate order fulfillment and stock control
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as stocking, cashiering, and maintenance duties simultaneously
- Negotiation skills to effectively close sales and handle customer concerns confidently
- Knowledge of dealership operations, retail sales techniques, and marketing strategies to boost sales performance
