Job Title:- Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Duration:- 06 to 07- Months- position (May go Longer)
Location:- Warren, MI
Standard Shift:-
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm.
The start time could vary depending on the time zone that they are supporting.
Hybrid schedule.
Tuesday-Thursday candidates ARE REQUIRED to be onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling interviews, initiating, and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees
Provide topnotch candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via HireRight
Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns
Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday
Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process
Highest Level of Education: Bachelor’s in human resources.
Minimum years of Experience: If a candidate does not have a bachelor’s degree, the candidate WILL NEED 3 to 5 years of HR experience.

Huge plus if someone is experienced with using automated interviewing software paradox or automated interview scheduling platforms.
