Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational needs of Acres of Fun. The Office Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the business runs smoothly by managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including financial transactions, employee files, and inventory logs.
- Organize and manage calendars for special events and parties
Customer Service:
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with booking parties, events, and group reservations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them as needed.
General Office Management:
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Keep the office and guest-facing areas organized and presentable.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
