What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice Technician position at Acres of Fun?

The ideal candidate will have there own running car.
You will be taught how to keep the facility and equipment running by either directly working on them or working with vendors. Projects to improve the facility and equipment are also part of the daily responsibilities.
Your responsibilities include:
- yard work
- painting
- flooring
- lite plumbing
- lite electrical
- will be on ladders, scaffolding and lifts
- running activities for events
- supporting operations with day to day processes
You will be working with the facilities team and will learn the specifics of the job by on the job training.
The ideal candidate likes to be punctual, look after equipment, solve problems, think outside the box to come up with solutions, should be self motivated, enjoy keeping busy and be hands on.
Tools are provided. Yearly work boot and work pants allowance.
Schedule includes weekend work every Saturday. Fridays will be off which will make up 5 days a week.
