Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Serra Auto Park in Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through expert tire services. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service and associate satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tire services
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tire maintenance
- Assist with other automotive services as needed.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Tire Technician or similar role in automotive repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Dealership experience is a plus.
