Summary
This position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing in new Business Purpose investors/developers, rental loans, etc., while maintaining an active sales pipeline, and obtaining complete documentation for loan approvals.

Computer Skills

- Develop/Demonstrate an in-depth knowledgeability of all Real Estate Investment products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, pricing, and loan process (SME)
- Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing new business onboard
- Prepare customer contact lists (call, email, social media) and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business
- Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
- Submit complete and accurate documentation for all loan approvals
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
- Other duties as assigned

- Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate investment lending (Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground Up Construction, Long-Term Rental, and/or Multifamily) preferred but not required
- Possess an existing or demonstrate the ability to develop a book of business or an extensive network of contacts that are real estate investors, mortgage brokers, or referral partners in your local market or nationwide
- Proven knowledgeable resource regarding real estate investment lending that thrives, being a top producer and loan originator
- Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
- Ability to continuously improve skills and produce at a high level
- Ability to bring in new business, while always maintaining and closing a large multimillion-dollar pipeline
- Proven solutions provider; comfortable working closely with both Mortgage Brokers and Borrowers to provide the best lending solutions for them
- Trusted advisor, committed to educating business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors
- Personally, source and fund $3 million in closed loans per month (after initial training period)
- Experience speaking at industry events, ability to host meetings, seminars, and industry networking functions to build your book of business
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High school diploma
- NMLS licensure a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint,etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines
- Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills
- Current, non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
