The Supply Chain Lead will have a strong working knowledge of a global supply chain and be responsible for overseeing inventories while working directly with the ACR Sales Team and strategic customers to provide insights that help plan and grow the business.
This position requires 3 days on-site in our Exton, PA location as part of a hybrid work schedule.

What you will do in this role:
- Provide inventory reports for sales and customers to identify constraints and offer solutions
- Work cross functionally with other departments to provide the best outcome for ACR and the customer
- Communicate demand changes that impact supply and work to maintain reasonable levels of inventory
- Analyze customer inquiries and opportunities with a supply chain perspective and provide feedback in areas of service and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships within the ACR sales team and strategic customers
- Support the supply chain needs of businesses under the ACR umbrella
- A Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency to response to sales and customers
