This role acts as a strategic link between business units and HR to build a positive, high-performing workplace aligned with company objectives. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture Conduct focus group discussions and new hire assimilation activities Implement feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies with operations Support performance management initiatives to drive employee growth Monitor attendance and attrition across assigned accounts Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance Act as escalation point for employee concerns and grievances Lead HR Advisors in delivering HR programs and initiatives Partner with training, HR, and operations teams to improve performance outcomes Use data and reporting to drive insights and decision-making A BIT ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field 5 years of experience in HR leadership or business partnering Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement WHAT WE VALUE We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values: Curious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.
