As a Digital Ad Operations Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns across streaming audio, podcasts, DAB , and display platforms. You’ll oversee campaign implementation, ad trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring operational excellence across some of Australia’s leading entertainment and audio brands. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing technical expertise, people leadership, and campaign execution. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns across audio, podcast, DAB , and display platforms Manage workload allocation, team capacity, and campaign prioritisation to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, tracking implementation, and quality assurance across multiple digital platforms Monitor campaign delivery and proactively identify risks, discrepancies, or optimisation opportunities Act as the escalation point for complex campaign, tracking, or ad delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with internal support teams Conduct spot checks and peer reviews to maintain high standards across campaign implementation and reporting Review campaign reporting and provide insights on campaign performance, delivery, and operational trends Collaborate closely with Commercial Sales, Digital Audio, Partnerships, Podcast Operations, Inventory, and Ad Technology teams Drive operational process improvements and maintain best practice documentation across the Ad Operations function Lead onboarding, coaching, training, and development initiatives for team members Ensure all campaign activity complies with industry standards, privacy regulations, and platform requirements Support leadership with operational reporting, resourcing updates, and strategic improvement initiatives A BIT ABOUT YOU Experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, campaign management, or digital media operations Previous leadership, senior operations, or team management experience within a digital or media environment Strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Triton, WordPress, ad servers, DSPs, or similar technologies Experience managing campaign tracking, tagging, and troubleshooting across multiple digital platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and operational performance trends Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy and quality assurance Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and commercial teams Proactive and solutions-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook WHAT WE VALUE We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values: Curious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.
