A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As an Agent you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. What you get to do every day as an Agent: Log into telephony platform to receive inbound calls. Promote and sell the client’s services, pricing and products with the expectation to sign the customer up. Support a range of customer classes, such as residential Customers and small and medium enterprise Customers. Speak with Customers and prospective Customers in each Customer Class to provide and explain relevant Marketing Materials. Monitor webchat the same as an inbound sales call.
