As a Customer Retention (Sales) Agent, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Date Privacy YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Gauge Interest: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and interest in upgrading or purchasing new products. Offer Exclusive Deals: Present tailored promotions, discounts, and incentives that are specifically crafted for loyal customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Drive Sales: Encourage customers to explore and invest in latest innovations, thereby contributing to increased sales and market penetration.
