This role plays a key part in communicating brand messages through high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns, product development, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider design and marketing teams, as well as key stakeholders across the business, to deliver creative solutions that align with brand objectives and business goals. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute creative designs aligned with brand identity, values, and objectives Maintain brand style guides to ensure consistent visual representation across all materials Create finished artwork for packaging, user manuals, POS materials, print ads, corporate collateral, event materials, presentations, and other marketing assets Support digital design requirements and assist with basic digital assets when needed Execute resizing and finished art requirements across multiple formats and platforms Collaborate with branding experts, marketing teams, and stakeholders to support campaigns and strategic initiatives Gather feedback from stakeholders and audiences to improve design effectiveness and brand perception Ensure consistency across all visual elements including colours, typography, imagery, and overall design style Understand project objectives, key messaging, and target audience requirements Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and projects Create layouts, wireframes, and visual compositions for various media formats Adapt and optimise designs for print, digital, e-commerce, and social media platforms A BIT ABOUT YOU Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print and digital platforms Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling Experience creating packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is an advantage Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus WHAT WE VALUE We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values: Curious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.
