Education and Experience

- Previous cashiering, banking, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior casino cage or players club experience a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cage Operations
- Perform cashiering duties including chip, token, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), and currency transactions
- Process jackpots, fills, credits, marker transactions, and check cashing in accordance with procedures
- Balance and reconcile cashier drawers and banks at the end of each shift
- Verify patron identification and comply with Title 31 / AML requirements
- Maintain security and confidentiality of cage funds, documents, and restricted areas
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious activity
- All other duties as assigned
Players Club Operations
- Enroll guests in the Players Club and issue player cards
- Explain loyalty programs, promotions, tier levels, and benefits to guests
- Maintain and update player accounts, including personal information and preferences
- Process point redemptions, complimentary requests, and promotional offers
- Resolve basic guest inquiries related to player accounts and promotions
- All other duties as assigned
