This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring all public areas, gaming floors, offices, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while adhering to Tribal policies and regulatory requirements.

Licenses and Certifications

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, or EVS experience preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas including the gaming floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, and other public and back-of-house areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish floors, surfaces, and fixtures according to established procedures.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
- Clean and restock restrooms with supplies such as soap, paper products, and sanitizers.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to supervision.
- Follow proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health, safety, and Tribal regulatory requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members at all times.
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and urgent cleaning needs to ensure guest and employee safety.
- Support responsible gaming and maintain awareness of security and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
