Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food handling procedures
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with health department regulations and sanitation standards
Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
Support inventory management and food cost control
Act in place of the Executive Chef when needed
All other duties as assigned
Salary : $61,000 - $72,000
