Supervise daily cage operations, including cashier banks, chip and currency transactions, marker activity, and vault operations
Ensure proper cash handling, accountability, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Verify and approve large transactions, payouts, fills, and credits within authorized limits
Monitor cashier performance and ensure balancing of cashier drawers and cage banks
Investigate and resolve cage variances, shortages, and overages
Maintain security and confidentiality of cage funds, documents, and restricted areas
Supervise Players Club representatives and ensure high-quality guest service
Oversee player enrollment, card issuance, tier upgrades, and account maintenance
Ensure accurate tracking of player points, promotions, complimentary balances, and redemptions
Resolve guest disputes related to player accounts, promotions, or rewards
Coordinate with Marketing, Slots, Table Games, and Revenue Audit regarding player activity and reporting
All other duties as assigned
Perform cashiering duties including chip, token, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), and currency transactions
Process jackpots, fills, credits, marker transactions, and check cashing in accordance with procedures
Balance and reconcile cashier drawers and banks at the end of each shift
Verify patron identification and comply with Title 31 / AML requirements
Maintain security and confidentiality of cage funds, documents, and restricted areas
Report discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious activity
Enroll guests in the Players Club and issue player cards
Explain loyalty programs, promotions, tier levels, and benefits to guests
Maintain and update player accounts, including personal information and preferences
Process point redemptions, complimentary requests, and promotional offers
Resolve basic guest inquiries related to player accounts and promotions
All other duties as assigned.
Must be 21 yrs. of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or coursework in Business, Accounting, or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of casino cage or players club experience
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
