In this role, you'll use your consultative sales skills to sell Acom products and customized solutions, including video/access control/burglary and fire systems, to a wide range of new and existing commercial clients.
This position requires experience in B2B full cycle sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in your previous organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
- Evaluate customer needs and work with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
- Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities
- Manage proposals, sales activity, and customer information using CRM software
- Maintain knowledge of Acom’s products, services, and customer needs through ongoing training and research
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B sales, relationship-based selling, or territory management
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Willingness to build a territory through in-person meetings and client interaction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Industry experience or contacts in Property Management, Distribution, Facilities, Healthcare, or Retail (preferred)
