Residential Service Plumber Role: Takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates honestly with homeowners, and is committed to delivering a five-star customer experience on every job. What you'll do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, water and drain lines, sump and sewer ejector pumps, and whole-home re-pipes.
• Install fixtures, valves, and appliances across various water supply system configurations.
• Apply a working knowledge of North Carolina plumbing codes on every job.
• Educate homeowners on their options and recommend proactive, long-term solutions.
• Communicate honestly and transparently with customers throughout each service call.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism, integrity, and respect in every home you enter.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and coordinate closely with dispatch and office staff.

What you need:

• 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and a professional, customer-first demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude; willingness to support coworkers, share knowledge, and contribute to a respectful, drama-free work environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

• Prior experience with ServiceTitan or comparable field service software
