Your missionLead a dynamic shop floor while synchronizing outbound logistics. You’ll balance labor to daily throughput goals, keep the master delivery timeline on track, and maintain data accuracy across BOMs and ERP updates. You are the on-site resource for equipment uptime and the catalyst for practical process improvements that erase bottlenecks. Along the way, you grow a versatile, safety-minded team through cross-training and steady performance coaching.
How you’ll make an impact- Guide daily production/assembly execution and allocate labor to consistently achieve output commitments
- Manage outbound shipping and delivery schedules so high-priority custom orders depart and arrive exactly on time
- Ensure technical accuracy via BOM reviews, real-time ERP adjustments, and disciplined labor/productivity reporting
- Advance a culture of development: cross-train operators, reinforce safety, and elevate performance through coaching
- Be the on-site owner for equipment uptime and implement targeted, floor-level improvements that remove constraints

What success looks like- Stable daily throughput with minimal surprises and clear communication to stakeholders
- Accurate data in ERP/MRP and clean BOMs that reflect reality on the floor
- On-time, in-full shipments—especially for expedited and custom orders
- A resilient, cross-trained team that operates safely and adapts to changing demand
- 5 years in a manufacturing supervisor capacity, including 3–5 years as the decision-maker on a high-velocity line
- Minimum 1 year directly owning outbound shipping timelines with consistent on-time execution
- Decisive, proactive leadership able to set expectations, delegate effectively, and uphold high accountability
- Advanced computer skills with substantial ERP/MRP experience; comfortable reading technical blueprints/schematics
- Reliable, progressive work history with no pattern of frequent short-term moves
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
