Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner.
- Process orders by phone, fax, and email.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes.
- Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues.
- Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders.
- Other customer service projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warehouse Customer Service experience.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
