Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Representative to join the Human Resources Shared Services team. This role is responsible for responding to employee and manager inquiries, supporting employee self-service tools, and providing accurate information regarding HR policies, processes, and programs. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and administrative support to HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Demonstrate initiative in improving processes and delivering proactive solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Support HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience in a fast-paced setting involving independent decision-making and strong attention to detail.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience using an automated HRIS system strongly preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
- Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, SHRM, HRCI, Project Management, or Six Sigma preferred.
