We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to run our brand-new location in the Boise, ID area. We are looking for the best of the best for this incredible opportunity. ACI is looking for leadership experience that is people-first. The Branch Manager will manage employees in their own branch of ACI Coatings and follow a proven system for success.

Daily Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Sales/estimating of new jobs using our CRM system
• Customer service and communications
• Job scheduling
• Managing employee adherence to company policy
• Quality control and on-site safety practices
• Performance in efficiency and holding employees accountable to company standards
• Forecasting based on the prior year and confirmed jobs
• Maintain WIP reporting and manage projections
• Financial responsibility of your branch to maintain profitability
• Calendar and email organization
• Validation of employee timesheets

Branch Manager Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business leadership and/or a Construction Management degree
• Professional painting experience is desirable
• Sales experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills

• Goal-driven mindset
• Computer literacy (basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and job profitability reports
• Ability to manage job-specific budgets to deliver profitable results
• Full understanding of all state-enforced safety programs (OSHA, WISHA, etc.)
• Ability to enforce safety on all job sites
