Supply Chain Coordinator

• Assist managers, supervisors, and technicians with technical and administrative support
• Coordinate with the sales team to plan and schedule technicians for service trips and parts-related jobs
• Support purchasing activities, inventory tracking, and material availability
• Assist the Vice President and Finance Manager with inventory management and ordering
• Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production
• Support daily production activities, including:
• Distributing production schedules
• Coordinating between departments
• Reviewing staffing tables
• Ensuring adequate material availability
• Track, gather, and record production and inventory data
• Communicate with vendors, customers, management, and technical experts to resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and expedite materials as needed
• Assist with assembly of new equipment and coordination of repairs when required
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain a clean and safe production area in accordance with safety standards
• Report production status and issues to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, production coordination, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or repair environments is a strong plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and technical teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
