- Assist managers, supervisors, and technicians with technical and administrative support
- Coordinate with the sales team to plan and schedule technicians for service trips and parts-related jobs
- Support purchasing activities, inventory tracking, and material availability
- Assist the Vice President and Finance Manager with inventory management and ordering
- Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production
- Support daily production activities, including:
- Distributing production schedules
- Coordinating between departments
- Reviewing staffing tables
- Ensuring adequate material availability
- Track, gather, and record production and inventory data
- Communicate with vendors, customers, management, and technical experts to resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and expedite materials as needed
- Assist with assembly of new equipment and coordination of repairs when required
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Maintain a clean and safe production area in accordance with safety standards
- Report production status and issues to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, production coordination, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or repair environments is a strong plus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and technical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires you to be physically fit and able to lift 30–50 lbs.
