What You'll Do
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate session data
- Build genuine rapport with clients and their families
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
- Reliable transportation
