Schedule: Per Diem based on individuals' needs
Wage: $18 and up
Location: Madison County

Responsibilities
The Direct Support Professional provides individualized support to people with developmental disabilities in a self-directed setting. This role helps individuals build and maintain daily living, social, and adaptive skills while working toward personal goals, greater independence, community integration, and an enhanced quality of life.
- Provide individualized support in accordance with each person’s service plan, preferences, needs, and personal goals
- Promote independence and skill development by assisting individuals with daily living, self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills
- Support personal and community-based goals that encourage independence, productivity, meaningful participation, and community integration
- Provide safe transportation and First Aid/CPR support as requested by the Self-Directed participant
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time, including EVV requirements, monthly summaries, mileage records, reimbursement submissions, and other required reports
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with agency policies and procedures while attending required meetings and trainings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New York State Driver's License
