The Direct Support Professional provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and day program settings. The DSP assists individuals with daily living skills, fosters independence, and encourages active participation within their home and community, as outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
