Role: Director/Manager of Revenue Cycle
Location: Alamosa, CO (Relocation Required)

Salary: $87k – $115k/year
San Luis Valley Health is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize all revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services. This leadership role focuses on improving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations (billing, coding, collections)
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics (cash flow, denials, A/R)
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards
- Manage revenue cycle systems and reporting
- Lead, train, and develop department staff
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience
- 5–7 years of leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of billing systems (Meditech, Paragon preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
