- Lead all Revenue Cycle operations including Patient Financial Services, Authorizations, Patient Accounting, and Coding
- Drive revenue cycle optimization initiatives focused on improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient care support
- Provide leadership and oversight for billing systems and revenue cycle technologies including MEDITECH, Paragon, Relay Clearance, and Relay Assurance Manage, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff while collaborating cross-functionally with hospital leadership and operational teams
- Full-time, fully on-site leadership role requiring strong revenue cycle management experience, communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare environment
