Job Summary
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Cloud Security programs.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Management (Azure AD).
- Knowledge of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and reporting requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting cloud identity and enterprise security transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI-driven security or Identity Governance initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
