Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across our organization. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines for positions that support individuals with behavioral or cognitive disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

Familiar with Paycom, and axiscare.

Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within behavioral health, cognitive support services, and related fields

Utilize HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates and hiring workflows

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies

Manage job postings and engagement across social media and online hiring platforms

Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in behavioral health and disability services recruitment

Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources preferred

Experience recruiting within behavioral health, social services, or disability support environments is a plus

Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities

Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
