What You’ll Do:

• Implement personalized ABA intervention plans under BCBA guidance

• Support skill development and daily living activities

• Track progress and celebrate client milestones

• Maintain accurate session notes and data collection

• Collaborate with families and treatment teams

• Assist with household routines and ensure safety

• Mentor team members and share your expertise

To qualify for the $1,000 bonus, applicants must:

• Hold an active, verifiable RBT certification prior to hire

• Have EBSH experience OR behavioral health experience

• Be a new hire (no rehires within the last 12 months)

• Be hired into an RBT or RBT Lead role at one of our program locations

• Successful completion of 120 continuous days of employment; satisfactory performance with no disciplinary action
